The faculty and teaching assistant handbooks communicate the
procedures to follow to provide accuracy, security, access and review.
The instructor keeps test scores and attendance records, the tests and
evaluations are given to the students for review and returned, then turned
into the instructor for recording. Student records are kept in fireproof
file cabinets in a securely locked office on the third floor.
The catalog and the interaction between the faculty, teaching assistants,
and administrative personnel provide on-going feedback loops for everyone.
The evaluations and test scores are communicated and discussed throughout
the entire training at the appropriate times. i.e. when tests are graded,
one-on-one evaluations, etc. The student can review their records throughout
their education and training. Transcripts are created and given upon
completion of the training.
