Students not accepted by the school and students who cancel this
contract by notifying the school within three business days are entitled
to a full refund of all tuition and fees paid.
Students who withdraw after three business days, but before commencement
of classes, are entitled to a full refund of all tuition and fees paid
except the cancellation fee of $150.00. (Not to exceed $150.00 or twenty-five
percent of the contract price, whichever is less).
In the case of students withdrawing after commencement of classes, the
school will retain a cancellation fee plus a percentage of tuition and
fees, on pro rated basis up to 75% of contact hours attended as described
below. The refund is based on the last date of recorded attendance. The
policy for the granting of credit for previous training shall not impact
the refund policy. Refunds are made consistent with applicable State & Federal
requirements.
There is no refund for books, supplies, materials, insurance, or certain
circumstantial fees such as late fees. Refer to fee schedule in the catalog.
Students withdrawing after 75% of a given course or semester is completed,
are not eligible for a refund. This policy is consistent with state statute
12-59-114 of the Colorado Law, Rules and Regulations concerning Private
Occupational Schools.
