Discontinuance - If MTIC discontinues the program of instruction after the commencement thereof the student is entitled to a refund of all tuition and refundable fees paid. Any money due the student will be refunded within 30 days.

Cancellation Notice - The school prefers that official notification of cancellation of the contract for the school program be done as follows:
Send by certified mail or hand-deliver a signed Cancellation or Withdrawal Notice, or other written notice to the school.

Proper processing of your cancellation is best done in writing as this ensures that both MTIC and the student know that the cancellation has occurred and has been duly received and noted by the MTIC Administration and will be forwarded to the Financial Administrator for proper and prompt processing.
